April 1, 1992 – Jay Bronec joins the Webber Group – a small family-owned quality consulting group – as its first employee and is put in charge of Hertzler’s Gainseeker software tools.
1993 – Jay secures first major client – Briggs & Stratton.
1994 - The Webber Group changes its business direction.
1996 – Jay’s continuing development of his niche market expertise leads him to purchase the franchise and establish QualiFine.
1998 – QualiFine hires key support staff and secures building with the largest computer training facility in the Chicago area.
1999 – Customer demand increases for advanced statistic technology applications that include functionality. In response to growing customer requirements, QualiFine launches partnership with Minitab.
2000 – QualiFine holds first Minitab training class.
2002 – QualiFine’s capabilities result in Minitab extending its training sessions – marking the first time Minitab remains in the same location for three consecutive months.
2004 - QualiFine acquires equipment and builds its own training facility.
2005 – QualiFine selected to participate in Minitab Voice of the Customer.
2006 – QualiFine celebrates 10-year anniversary.
- New website is unveiled.
- Training facility is expanded with significant upgrades that include a lab.
- Break room is improved to better serve customers and trainers.
2007 – QualiFine has record sales year and combination of advanced statistical analysis and real-time data collection begins to resonate with several progressive customers.
2008 – QualiFine reacts to the downturn in training and focuses on providing automation solutions.
2009– QualiFine closes Roselle training facility and moves training operations to Downtown Chicago. Corporate headquarters is moved to St. Charles, IL
