inRealTime is a simple but powerful software solution for standardizing data entry and automating data acquisition in real-time. Real-time data can also be shared with MINITAB and other advanced statistical analysis packages.

GageWay
GageWay makes it easy to connect any combination of digital gauges (calipers, micrometers, digital indicators, etc.) and multiple RS-232 devices to a computer. But GageWay Wireless is about more then just connecting gauges. Gageway gives customers freedom from SPC cables and provides increased flexibility. For example, if an operator is using a gauge in their work area, then performing SPC checks at a common workstation, unplugging the SPC cable to move back and forth between the two work sites will cause damage over time. The ability to go wireless reduces maintenance costs for replacement cables and delivers more accurate readings because the cable isn’t interfering during data entry. QualiFine is also able to integrate GageWay Wireless products into powerful Real-Time SPC packages like GainSeeker to create a direct link to ROI for customers.
QualiFine Puts GageWay’s New Wireless Rover Product on "Steroids"
By combining the new GageWay Rover with Gainseeker, QualiFine is helping customers achieve real time mobility. QualiFine converts base unit output from RS232 to TCP/IP using a Gageway network interface and an SPC package. The result is real time data collection and the capability to provide a company’s personnel with access to the data instantaneously.
